Shelley Nhan is my recruiter and she is incredible. I’ve been traveling for 6 years and I’ve been with Shelley for 2 of those years. She is very responsive and communicative (which is important when contracts come and go so rapidly.) She’s aggressive about advocating for you and getting you your top choice. She’s handled every bump in the road with so much patience, compassion and professionalism. She’s also very transparent and thorough throughout the whole process. I’ve only ever felt adequately prepared to make a decision for my career, never underprepared or “bait and switched” like some people fear. I’ve worked with Senior Recruiter Whitney Bartlett for many years. I left 3 years ago to take a permanent assignment. The assignment was one that Whitney helped me extend for about 2yrs. I just recently came back to Aya and went straight to Whitney again. I refuse to work with anyone else. She is dedicated, compassionate and professional.
