I’ve worked with Senior Recruiter Whitney Bartlett for many years. I left 3 years ago to take a permanent assignment. The assignment was one that Whitney helped me extend for about 2yrs. When I lost my mom during my last contract with Aya she was so kind…got me much needed time off and even sent flowers. No matter what contract I was on she would check in with me frequently. She wanted to know how it was going and if I needed anything in order to make it a great experience. . I felt so supported. She asks about my family and interests outside of work as well.
