Dr. Bonnie Clipper

Dr. Clipper is a nurse futurist, expert in virtual nursing, nationally recognized thought leader in building cultures of innovation, and global speaker. She is a former chief nurse executive with 20+ years of expertise in improving employee engagement and the patient experience through innovation. She was the first VP of Innovation at the ANA where she built the innovation framework to bring over 4M nurses into the innovation space through education, HIMSS Nurse Pitch™ events, and strategic partnerships such as the ANA + BD Innovation Awards and the ANA + J&J nursing innovation podcast. She has researched and published on innovation in nursing as a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Executive Nurse Fellow and co-authored The Innovation Roadmap; A Guide for Nurse Leaders.
Kathy Howell, MBA, BSN, RN, NEA-BC

Ms. Howell joined UCHealth in January of 2018 and is responsible for the continued clinical integration and advancement of nursing practice across the system.
Prior to joining UCHealth, Kathy was the senior vice president and chief nurse executive for Saint Luke’s Health System in Kansas City, MO. As an accomplished health care executive, Kathy led the clinical integration strategy and continued advancement of nursing practice and allied health disciplines across the 10-hospital Saint Luke’s Health System.
Ashleigh Gerhardt, MBA, BSN, RN, NEA-BC
VP of Network Operations and Emergency Services, HonorHealth
Ms. Gerhardt is responsible for overseeing the operating budgets, and executing on system objectives that impact staffing, capacity management and throughput for the hospital system, achieving results that optimize operational and financial efficiencies. Ashleigh is the accountable executive responsible for integration projects that ensure standardization of operational processes at each facility, including the implementation of the enterprise-wide workflow engine and acute virtual care.
Ashleigh is Nurse Executive board certified, advanced. She holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing and master’s degree in business administration, both from Grand Canyon University. She is currently completing her doctorate in healthcare administration from Capella University.
