Since starting my employment with Aya Healthcare, I have been graced with opportunities that have broaden and strengthened my healthcare journey as an ICU RN. Yes, Aya has granted these opportunities; however, I write this review out of the utmost respect and admiration for my recruiter, Shane Stewart. Shane has advocated for me, like non other, through a terribly earthshattering family emergency, and through his continued support and encouragement to settle only for what fits for my healthcare ambitions. Shane continues to provide his expertise in every avenue possible to serve my interests whilst traveling as an RN, and I could not be more grateful. I only wish I could do the same for him; and I hope that this review will serve to do so.
