They said, “I want to recognize Ryan. Last night, after getting a call that a patient’s O2 stats were not doing great, Ryan checked on them numerous times after doing what he could. Whenever he assessed the patient, he wouldn’t leave without ensuring they were comfortable and saturating appropriately. He always updated us whenever he did something and at one point even asked us what he could do to help. His compassion and integrity should not go unnoticed!”
