This exclusive group of healthcare leaders will work to generate new ideas for addressing the industry’s most pressing challenges including data and AI, cost of care and social determinants of health.

As group president of workforce solutions, Hansen oversees Aya’s strategic business development and operations and quality outcomes for Aya’s 40,000+ clinicians on assignment across the country. Hansen leads a team that works with over 5,000 healthcare facilities across the nation, focused on developing innovative technology and novel solutions to solve complex workforce challenges. She has supported the marketplace extension of Aya’s talent platform, including 15x growth in permanent hiring solutions and the business integration of Aya’s latest acquisitions in the AI and predictive analytics space.
