I cannot say enough great things about Allie Castro, my Travel Nurse Recruiter for many years. I have worked with other recruiters in the past, and they don’t measure up to how great she is. She is supportive and helpful when I have questions or need something. She is kind, quick to respond, and figures out the answers to what I’m needing, or questions I have. Allie is always able to find me great assignments, especially when it’s more difficult, because my husband and I travel together. I always get check in calls to make sure everything is going well with my assignment, which is very much appreciated. She goes above and beyond for her nurses. I will continue to recommend her to fellow nurses looking to travel. Allie keeps a positive and upbeat personality, even whenever I am frustrated. She is truly the absolute best. I can't say enough about Kelly Harris. She is extremely supportive of us which is not always the case in this business. The whole process from start to finish was made easier by knowing a recruiter was there for me and not just the client. She is a great representative of Aya. She answers my questions in a timely manner and checks in to see how I'm doing during the contract. I don't feel pressured working with her and she sends a good array of jobs as they come up, so we can get a jump on them.
