Once a permanent offer is accepted, your employer is the facility (or health system).
- What does “Direct apply” mean when applying to a permanent job?
Submitting to a “Direct apply” job means your application is sent straight to the facility. All communication, from application status to compliance, will happen directly with the facility’s talent acquisition team.
- What are the contract lengths and/or commitments?
Permanent positions don’t have a contract length. Once you’re hired by a facility, you’ll be a full-time employee.
- How quickly will I be expected to start a new permanent position?
You’ll work directly with the facility to iron out the details of your offer, including your start date.
