The charge nurse said, “I’m so grateful for our wonderful travel RN, Nicol. Our unit is particularly busy right now — and being a resource RN with seven to nine patients is not easy — but Nicol has been so helpful, so agile with changes during a dynamic shift and so willing to jump in where she is needed. It has been a true pleasure having her with us. I wanted to be certain that she did not go unrecognized!”
