Nice catch, Lacy!

Aya traveler, Lacy, recently received a “safety in action” card at her facility for catching a medication error. She’s a pediatric nurse, and after taking the time to verify the dose with the mother of her patient, it was discovered the dose was 10x the amount it should’ve been! Because of Lacy, the dose was corrected and her patient was safe.
