Major patient praise for Aya RN, Christina

RN, Christina, was recognized by her nurse manager after a patient complimented her for the excellent care she provided.

Christina’s manager wrote, “During a leader rounding, a patient was very complimentary of the care she received during her stay with us. She mentioned Christina by name and was very thankful for the excellent care she received. She said that she was constantly checked on to make sure she was doing okay, her pain was well managed and she was encouraged and supported throughout her stay. The patient wanted to make sure Christina was recognized for her hard work and for truly making a difference in her care trajectory! A huge thank you, Christina, for going above and beyond to make sure our patients receive the best possible care.”
