“Crystal made my husband’s stay tolerable. She was an exceptional nurse, helping with his care plan and making sure he felt safe and cared for, and she was very compassionate. No matter the situation, she approached it with heart and soul. She went beyond the call to duty, staying late, to make sure he was ok. She helped me form intelligent questions for doctors and explained when the doctor left, if necessary. She was just remarkable and the perfect example of what a nurse should be for a patient.”
