Aya RN, Terressa received a touching email from one of her Clinical Coordinators, thanking her for the hard work she is putting in on assignment. Read the kind words her coordinator had to share:

I recently heard a great story about how you turned around the behavior of a patient that wasn’t so pleasant to our team members.
