Aya RN, Makayla saves a patient’s leg!

Makayla’s excellent attention to detail prevented a patient of hers from losing their leg! Because of this, she was also nominated for the “Great Catch” award from her facility. Her facility director wrote, “I would like to applaud and nominate travel RN, Makayla, for the “Great Catch” award because of her astute clinical pickup for one of our patients. Had it not been for her thorough examination of their left thigh, we would have missed that the patient had compartment syndrome and they may have lost their leg. Kudos to her!”
