RN, Brittney, won a prestigious DAISY Award after making a difference during a patient’s experience giving birth. In the patient’s letter, she shared how Brittney put her worries at ease during labor.

The patient had complications prior to pregnancy that caused her to have anxiety about the labor and delivery process. Knowing this, Brittney took the patient’s worries into account and took a different approach to labor to make the patient more comfortable.
