Western Michigan University Alumni Become an Aya Dream Team

Aya Healthcare recruiter Marina and her travel nurse, Erin, first met at Western Michigan University when they took the same general ed history class! About two years ago, Marina saw that Erin had posted on social media that she was interested in travel nursing. Marina knew that she wanted to pull out all of the stops and make this dream happen for Erin!

Erin has since completed seven assignments with Aya Healthcare and Marina raves about working with her on Instagram saying “Let me tell you about this one. She’s been asked to extend wherever she goes, I’ve received letters of recommendation from managers, directors, and doctors. She’s fiercely committed to providing excellent patient care and is committed to her professional growth. I am so proud to be working with and for her after all this time.”

Both ladies were ecstatic when they finally got to meet up in Kalamazoo, MI, the place where everything started. Of course, they have to take a photo together at their old campus stomping grounds even though it was -14 degrees outside. We can’t wait to see what’s in store for this dream team in 2018!
