We Present the Best Part of Thanksgiving — Lightened up!

Turkey is great, but let’s be honest — sides are the unsung heroes of Thanksgiving dinner. Our amazing travel nurses are scattered far and wide this holiday, and we know it can be tough to plan elaborate dinners or think up new, healthy options when you’re always on the road. So, we curated a few healthier options for you to enjoy. Here are a few recipes you can easily whip up for your friends and family:

Instead of making the old standard plain cauliflower this year, we urge our travel nurses to get creative! Roast it, add walnuts plus a sprinkle of this flavorful dressing and…voila! You have a delicious and nutritious treat.

10. Healthy Potato Gratin with Herbs
