Our licensing team is an essential part of our compliance department here at Aya Healthcare. Licensing team members assist with helping RNs, therapists and allied healthcare professionals attain licensure. These experts work with boards in all 50 states across the country and are known for streamlining the licensing process to make life easy-breezy for our clinicians.

You may have heard that we can expedite the CA licensing process for clinicians — and that’s true! Our licensing experts in Sacramento work closely the California Board of Nursing (BON). They visit the BON on a daily basis and are able to hand-deliver applications — which speeds up the licensing process drastically for our travelers. In addition to CA, we can also expedite the licensing application process for our travelers in the following states:

Jaiden V. (Licensing Coordinator)-

How would you describe your co-workers and their work ethic?
My co-workers have an incredibly strong work ethic and can-do attitude. In order for our travelers to reach their goals, they need to be licensed in the state they wish to go to. We help make that possible with the simple application processes we have in place. We all work well together as a team- everyone is willing to help one another out without a second thought.

How would you describe your work environment?
My work environment is very relaxed. We have fun while expediting processes and making dreams come true for our travelers! Everyone is always in a good mood and truly interested in the well-being of others. We all care so much about doing the best job we possibly can day-in and day-out.

What do you enjoy most about our company culture?
The culture at Aya Healthcare is all about employee happiness. We have a low turnover rate because our employees are genuinely happy! I don’t wake up in the morning thinking “I don’t want to go to work today.” I look forward to work, the challenges the day will bring and how I get to be part of a growing company that wants me to succeed. I have met some of the best people while working at Aya Healthcare. I am a lifer!
