Aya Traveler Falls in Love with Boston

RNs are known for their passion and Shaina is no exception. She has poured her heart and soul into her career as an Aya travel nurse. She tells us her current assignment in Boston is, as she puts it, “The BEST job I’ve ever had, and adds, “I absolutely love waking up for work each day!” As Shaina reflects on this past year, she finds she’s grown in both her career and personal life. By putting herself out there and traveling on her own she has become more adventurous, independent and believes she has finally found her purpose. She says, “I’m so thankful for the vast opportunities and amazing travel friends I’ve made this past year while working with Aya.”

In addition to her career, Shaina has fallen in love with the city of Boston. The history, street performers, festivals and markets are what make this place so incredible. Shaina is forever curious and tells us, “My favorite thing to do when I’m not out on an adventure is to take a simple stroll around Boston Harbor, Quincy Market or the Greenway area and just see what is going on.”

Summer in New England can’t be beat and Shaina is excited to go deep sea fishing, hike Mt. George, visit Martha’s Vineyard and Cape Cod. This self-proclaimed “busy bee” also wants to catch a Patriots game. She’s hoping to have as much fun there as she did seeing the Red Sox play at Fenway! Shaina emphasizes, “So far travel nursing has been the best decision I could have made for myself and my career.”
