Aya Onsite Program Manager Denisse Makes a Lasting Impression

Here at Aya, employee recognition is huge! That’s why we simply must shout out our onsite program manager, Denisse. The director of talent acquisition at her healthcare facility sent us a glowing email in appreciation for Denisse’s dedication to their team. We’re proud of this testament to the impact our onsite program managers have on travel nurses, facility administration, patients and their families!

From the email we received:

“I wanted to pass this along to you as I think it really represents how much Denisse is a part of our team. Halloween in our system is a big deal. Departments pick a theme, dress up, decorate their area and then allow trick-or-treaters to come through. Denisse spent her own time helping us decorate and stayed late to hand out candy and greet trick-or-treaters. We really appreciate how much she participates in events like these as it is crucial to our team development and success. When we first entertained taking advantage of the onsite program manager, my biggest concern was how it would affect our team dynamic. We have a very close and effective team and I didn’t want to jeopardize that. I am so happy I took a chance and Denisse joined our team.
