Tracy is a 10-year ICU nurse with a heart for travel. She completed her first contract in 2012 in Las Vegas, NV, and hasn’t slowed down since. Tracy’s passion for patient care has taken her across the country, and her exceptional nursing skills have made her an unforgettable part of each ICU she visits. After 23 completed contracts in the last six years with Aya, Tracy has become a member of the family for the Aya team members who have the pleasure of working with her.

The same goes for the facilities she visits, which have no shortage of positive feedback regarding her talents. One CNO shared a letter in which a patient’s granddaughter praised Tracy for “displaying overwhelming heartfelt compassion for my grandmother and our family.” The CNO herself added comments addressed to Tracy, writing, “I want to personally acknowledge you for your commitment to providing compassionate care for our patients. Your work has raised the bar for patient experience.”

Most recently, while on assignment in Valdosta, GA, Tracy noticed an error and prevented a potentially lethal dose of medication from being administered to a patient. Tracy has always felt that traveling puts her in a certain place at a certain time for a reason, and this time her presence meant a life was saved! We are so proud to work with Tracy! Cheers to the last six years together. We’re looking forward to many more to come!
